The cuisine of a country, a territory is an important component of that culture. The kitchen has old traditions and talks about cultural influences from outside. In discussions with our partners, we discovered similar elements regarding the recipes used in the two countries. Following the discussions, recipes were put into practice by the students and the final product is a cookbook made in the international team.
